No Loyalty or respect - T Mobile Customer Sevice


I have been a TMobile customer for over ten years! I have purchased thousands of dollars in phones and accessories over the years. My husband purchased a new phone and purchased insurance which is $9.99 monthly to cover it. After paying this $9.99 monthly for over 12 months, which is about $120 for the year, the customer service rep gave him so many stipulations that he was on the phone over 30 minutes and then he stated he may charge my husband $300 after the phone is inspected by their department. This is not the first problem but it will be my last, i will allow my contracts to expire and will move my business, about $200-$250 Monthly, to a different more friendly company. I can be treated by most companies this way but pay less... I believe that this company is failing to treat their loyal customers with respect and they will eventually suffer from that. I am owner of a used car dealer and I can tell you that if you have been a loyal customer to me there is nothing I won't do to make you happy. Bye Bye TMobile your customer service SUCKS! :) Christina Felix

Update... So we had to pay $20 dollars for 3 day shipping otherwise my husband would have had to wait 10 days for a phone. We recieved the replacement phone with NO back cover and NO battery.... Again I will say that that is BAD customer service. BAD customer service! CFelix

WOW! So I get an email someone responded to my comment, already.. OK, OK, so I do pay $5.99 a month for the insurance FOR 3 phones, since Im auto pay I really didn't know. Anyhoo I still believe that as a loyal customer our phone should have been exchanged with no questions, thats just my opinion. And its my right to tell others why I am moving ALL my phones and my business, $200- $250 monthly (on auto pay may I add), to another company. You must understand that people do not need to be loyal, there is too much competition out there, too many choices, so the few that are loyal these days (for more than ten year I've been loyal)...should be treated with more loyalty and respect. First of all should only be 5.99 a month for your handset protection plan. What you do was a warranty exchange that did not cost you anything like a insurance detectable of $130 or so through asurion. You exchanged the phone with T-Mobile and YES they will charge you if they find the phone to have any broken display screen cracked phone case or the LDI is RED means liquid damage! If I had a company I would charge you to if you sent back a broken phone! All phone providers do it! Know what you are talking about before you start ranting on the Internet about shit you do not understand.
